CY points out a classic lefty response - toss out a bunch of simple questions already answered in the material they don’t like, avoid the (repeat of the just as simple) answers, then hope something else comes along to change the subject.
Associations can be fair game, but here’s my question about Barack Obama and William Ayres:
‘here’s my question’ - the pat phrase of people who don’t really want to do anything but yap, and waste your time. So, let’s do some wasting. . .
What “radical” ideas did Obama and Bill Ayres come up with to foist on the Chicago school system?
Hmm, well, channeling the 100 some million in OPM [Other People’s Money - ed] they got access to, Barry and Bill ‘foisted’ political organizers (leftists, to a fault) on the Chicago Public School system, in an attempt to indoctrinate the students and the teachers with the same claptrap that Billy Boy used as his rationale for trying to blow things up 40 years ago. Is that radical enough?
What specific projects — “radical” projects — did Obama work on with Ayres? Is there evidence that they collaborated and schemed to … do anything “radical” together? Ever?
Let’s see, reviewing which groups got funding, and what the overall agenda seems to be based upon their selection of acceptable programs, the whole collaboration pretty much qualifies. As far as the evidence - well, that would be the archives that they didn’t want Stanley Kurtz to look through and then write about. But your point is taken - sadly, a couple of leftoids burning through a big pile of someone else’s cash, and having nothing to show for it afterwards isn’t so much radical as it is commonplace, expected, predictable. . .well, you get the counterpoint.
Or just that they served on a board of a fairly well-respected liberal charity at the same time? And that left-leaning charities tend to give money to left-leaning organizations, a la ACORN?
Isn’t that precious - ‘well respected liberal charity’ Snort. What’s funny is that Annenberg isn’t, per se, really a ‘liberal’ charity. Their 59 million dollar mistake was that they trusted someone from Chicago named Daly for a recommendation on who to give the money to. Funnier still you should mention ACORN - another relationship Barry isn’t too keen to have scrutinized. Let me ask a question - are you surprised when people joke about dead people voting in Chicago? ACORN isn’t - they look at a cemetery and think “voting base”.
Is the real story here that Obama once served on the board of a liberal education charity?
Oh, don’t you wish that was ‘the real story’. The real story is that Obama was right in the middle, as an active, hand-picked, hands-on participant, assisting an unrepentant domestic terrorist, who by his own admission switched tactics to accomplish his overall strategy and goal to bring down the entire American system and re-mold it along pretty blatantly Marxist ideological lines; and that he (and his fellow travelers) took active measures to try and ensure this information would never see the light of day by lying, obstructing, and then trying to shout it down once it did become public, but before the full story gained momentum.
While I was still in the military, we had a phrase we used to dismiss boneheads who walked up in the middle of something, and started of with “well then, my question would be” followed by total gibberish. That phrase was “shut up and color”. Doesn’t quite fit in this instance, hence the modification -
Ambinder, shut up and Google. Unless you want to start paying us for doing the research you’re too lazy (or dishonest) to do for yourself. Don’t take it as a slam, dude, it’s a tip - provided so that maybe you won’t look like such a clueless moron next time around. Unless you’re being too clever by half, intentionally misspelling the name, so your plaintive mewing won’t get noticed by someone who really does use Google. In that case - you’re just a weaselly little shit, and not the total freekin moron you appear to be.
Do the folks that actually pay you a favor (although they must not expect a lot), and at least try to act like you have more than a dim awareness of current events, and that you actually know how to use a computer. What, are your arms messed up or something?

Do you know that the bottom of your post (below the comment box) has dozens of hyperlinks that appear to be spam?
[Hmm, not seeing those in Safari on the Mac. . . -ed]

Peg: How about one sentence.
Obama lied about how much he knew and associated with the unrepentant terrorist William Ayers according to an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal by Stanley Kurtz that illustrated how radical the education ideas of Obama were.
Is that easier for you to understand? Too many big words?
