Did Barack Obama really say these things? |

Did Barack Obama, attending a farewell party for PLO spokestool Rashid Kahlidi in 2003 really utter the following statements?

“Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine”

-and-

there’s been “genocide against the Palestinian people by Israelis.”

We may not get to find out before next Tuesday - although the LA Times supposedly has a videotape of the event which could confirm or deny the question - they refuse to release it.

RELEASE THE TAPE. NOW. THE AMERICAN PUBLIC DESERVES TO KNOW THE ANSWER.

Keep in mind folks, potentially accusing Israel of genocide, a violation of basic human rights, would be taking the same road that led Jimmy Carter to basically kick the stool out from under the Shah of Iran, a staunch US ally in the region, in the 1970’s, opening the door for the Islamic Revolution.

And that turned out just ducky, now didn’t it?
